Hi Diljit, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today.
I started my career in the restaurant industry about 25 years ago when I opened India Palace (Roseville).
I fell in love with the sense of community that comes with it, I loved sharing my culture and its traditions through cuisine so I soon began expanding its locations. My goal with Clay Oven is to expand the rich Indian cuisine through Minneapolis.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The joy of seeing satisfied customers and the relationships we’ve built make the journey incredibly fulfilling.
