This required extensive renovations, including pouring a new cement floor, fixing the rickety staircase, and ensuring the structural integrity of the space.
Historical Preservation: A delicate balance was struck between modernization and historical preservation. We were committed to retaining the unique architectural elements and the historical ambiance of the former holding cell and coal furnace room, which required meticulous planning and execution.
Regulatory Hurdles: Navigating the regulatory landscape was another hurdle.
