Hi Dmytro, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Our family fled Ukarina due to the war in 2022. We are from the occupied part of Ukraine, and the Russian army seized everything from us: three businesses, an apartment, and the right to an everyday life. Initially, we wanted to move to Canada, but after deliberation, we decided to move to Minnesota, the USA. On the very first days, I went to work laying a lawn; there, I learned a little to speak and communicate in English, after which I found a permanent job in an organization helping refugees from all over the world. There, I learned to speak, read, and write in English, after which I decided to go into my own business, as I did in Ukraine. I started my first business assembling gaming computers and ultimately failed in this business. I also tried selling on Amazon, but it didn’t work either. Our family had $300 left in our account when we decided to go and clean people’s houses. For the first month, my wife and I worked personally 12 hours a day; we left our children with our parents and worked from 8 am to 8 pm. We began hiring people in the second month of our company’s existence. We are very grateful to God for all our clients. Since we have a high quality of cleaning, many clients have begun to recommend us to each other, so our cleaning service has started to grow. We currently have 6 employees, 5 cleaners and 1 manager.

The biggest challenge we still face in this business is exemplary customer service. Deliver the best customer service we can. Of course, it was only done with bad people who try to scam you and not pay or scam you into insurance.

I always tell all my clients that our primary goal is to provide the best quality cleaning and build a long-lasting relationship with the client. We use the best tools and equipment; our cleaners always work hard.
What makes you happy?
Good reviews are always when people leave good reviews and are completely satisfied with our work. I am happy because we were able to make someone happy and satisfied with our services.
