Hi Carolina, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Ive always been inspired by the power of beauty, from being a little girl watching my mother applying makeup to browsing the pages of teen cosmo magazine as a young woman. I discovered a whole new world during the early days of Youtube where I found myself watching countless makeup tutorials, and quickly became enamored with the idea that anyone could contribute and be part of the online beauty community. I started my own Youtube channel where I would share my tips and tricks on all things beauty. Fast forward 15 years later and I now share everything Ive learned about beauty & skincare on Instagram and Tik Tok. Having worked at Sephora for 7 years, I continue to be inspired by the latest trends in beauty and as my life changes (I recently became a mom!), I share all the ways that makeup & skincare give me the confidence to feel my very best!
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Working in the content creation space has definitely come with the challenge of maintaining an authentic sense of self. It can be easy to fall into the hype of doing things for views or accepting partnerships that don’t align with your brand. Ive always reminded myself why I began sharing my beauty journey online and make content that I myself would want to watch.

I specialize in sharing products and application techniques that I love and personally wear. Since becoming a mom, Ive shared a lot of quick makeup tutorials that anyone can use if they’re looking for quick and effortless looks. Korean skincare has also been a big passion of mine the last few years since it has done wonders for my skin and I share a lot of products and brand relating to it. Im most proud of having partnered with several best selling Korean brands to bring the latest in K Beauty to my audience!
Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I have a very unique upbringing!I was born in Chile and growing up I lived in Poland, England & California. I attended university in Spain before settling down in Chicago for 7 years. I met my husband there and we relocated a few years later to New Orleans where we spent the last 4 years before moving to Minnesota early this year!
