Hi Hanna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Inspired by her love for creating meaningful moments, Hanna launched Prezzie Gift Co. to help others experience the joy of giving without the stress.

From sourcing the perfect present to hand-tying the final bow, Hanna brings her passion for creativity and connection to every single Prezzie.
Prezzie Gift Co is years in the making. Hanna left her career as a nurse and clinical researcher to explore ways to exercise her creative outlets. One of those ways was curating thoughtful gifts for those around her. What started as a personal passion—selecting meaningful presents for friends and family—grew into something bigger: a full-service gifting experience designed to take the guesswork out of thoughtful giving.
Today, Prezzie helps busy individuals and businesses celebrate life’s moments with beautifully curated, ready-to-gift packages and custom gifting services. Whether it’s a single special occasion or bulk gifting for an event, Hanna’s mission remains the same: to make gifting easy, meaningful, and memorable.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Like most new ventures, there definitely have been challenges. Coming from a science and healthcare background, I had zero experience in business or marketing, so I’ve had to learn everything from scratch. Figuring out how to build a website, market my services, and—probably the hardest—make Instagram Reels (which has definitely been the hardest haha) has been a challenge.
One of the biggest struggles has been getting my name out there and helping people understand what Prezzie actually does. Gifting is such a personal thing, and I wanted to show people how much easier and more meaningful it can be when someone takes the stress out of it for them. It’s taken time to build awareness, but every time I see a customer light up over a gift we’ve put together, it reminds me why I started in the first place.
Despite the learning curve, it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey. I’ve made some mistakes, but I’ve also picked up new skills, found an amazing community, and gained so much confidence along the way.
