Allow me to introduce myself – I’m a firm believer in the power of discovery, learning, and embracing every moment that life has to offer. My greatest joy comes from experiencing life to the fullest alongside my family and friends.
As a working mother of two spirited and adventurous little girls, Nora and Greta, I’m always on the lookout for exciting activities in and around Duluth. We like to call ourselves “the gal pals” because we’re a tight-knit team, exploring the wonders of this beautiful city together.
For those who know me, they would definitely say I have a serious case of FOMO (fear of missing out), which means I’m always looking for the next adventure and trying to make the most out of every moment. I’m a firm believer that life is too short to sit around and wait for things to happen, so I’m always on the go and trying new things.
One of my favorite places in the world is Duluth, and I’m lucky enough to call it home. There’s just something about this city that fills me with a sense of joy and wonder. Whether it’s hiking along the shore of Lake Superior, or seeking new opportunities for fun and enrichment, there’s always something to see and do in Duluth.
We’ve all been there – that sinking feeling when you find out about an amazing event or activity in town, but it’s already come and gone. Well, fret no more! I’m here to put an end to your own FOMO and bring you the latest and greatest happenings in Duluth.
As a fellow adventure enthusiast and a self-proclaimed expert in all things Duluth, I know the struggle of searching through countless websites and social media pages just to stay in the loop. It can be downright frustrating! That’s why I’ve taken matters into my own hands and created the one-stop destination you’ve been longing for.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not always been a smooth road, when building a website many things can go array. Building the Dream Duluth has been a great partner to work with who constructed the site. We have overcome challenges of implementing calendars, correcting layouts and setting the calendar to sync and update. But there has yet to be one challenge that has stopped me 🙂
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
DoDuluth is a source of all activities and events in the Northland. It is free for any anyone to upload an event to our calendar. DoDuluth has more events per day than any other calendar in the area. We have 6 main color coded and names categories that that we can assign events into making it simple to find what you are looking to do. Our categories are 1) Art, Craft and Enrichment, 2) Kids and Family, 3) Health Wellness & Fitness, 4) Food & Drink Entertainment, 5) Markets, Fairs & Festivals, and 6) Sports & Live Entertainment.
DoDuluth also creates seasonal event list pulling the events into a curated list that relates to what is popular at the moment. Currently we are have created Easter Events and Earth Day. Our events are uploaded hourly so new opportunities are always popping up.
How do you define success?
Success is being proud of who you are as a person. Business success is when your company is in a place that allows you to build others up and provide support those who need it. I believe that raising others up the best way create great relationships and be proud of myself. This is why we do DoDuluth Weekly Feature – we do a spotlight on a local business each week for free letting them showcase anything they want about their company
