Today we’d like to introduce you to Monica.
Hi Monica, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
After years of serving in ministry, my husband and I got married. When our daughter was born, I knew I wanted to stay home with her. I longed for more time with my family and a way to work from home.
I prayed, asking God to open a door for me to do something that would allow me to be present for my daughter and support our family.
I tried just about everything. You name it; I probably gave it a shot! But nothing seemed to stick.
I kept coming back to God, asking for clarity and direction…
One day, I discovered the world of virtual assistance.
At first, I had no idea what it entailed, but the more I learned, the more I realized that this could be it.
Becoming a virtual assistant was the answer to my prayers.
That decision changed EVERYTHING.
It gave me the flexibility to be with my family, the income to pay off our debts, cover private school tuition for our daughter, purchase our home, pay off our cars, and the ability to work from home, where I could still be fully present as a mom and wife.
God called me to use my skills and talents to help Ministries and Christian Business Owners with their daily tasks so they could focus on the main things God was calling them to do and impact more people.
After all, it’s all about expanding God’s kingdom on earth!
As the business grew, my husband was able to leave his full-time job and join me at our company. Eventually, we needed more help, so we built a team with people who also love God and want to do their best in everything for the Lord.
God is so awesome and faithful! He took my prayers, my tears, my failed attempts, and turned them into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
What started as a desire to stay home with my daughter became a mission to serve, to lead, and to help others step into their God-given calling, too.
God doesn’t give us all the details upfront; He gives us the faith to start.
“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin.” Zechariah 4:10
God celebrates even our tiniest steps, just like parents cheer when their baby takes those first steps.
So, our part is to take a leap of faith, because when he calls us, He always makes a way, even if it doesn’t look like what we expected.
He equips us step by step, opens doors we never saw coming, and walks right beside us through every high and low.
Friend, if He’s stirring something in your heart, trust that He’s already gone ahead of you.
Your “yes” might just be the beginning of something incredible. 🙌🏻❤️
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
When I felt called to start my business and impact more lives, I had to make some scary decisions.
Financial investments. Stretching my time. Learning new skills.
But God met me in those small steps.
And now, years later, we look back in awe at what He’s done through my obedience, and I’m so glad I didn’t let fear have the final say.

Where we are in life is often partly because of others. Who/what else deserves credit for how your story turned out?
I was blessed to have some amazing mentors along the way. Jen Hickle from Never Alone VA Academy was the coach who first encouraged me to launch my VA business. Sarah Mae introduced me to the world of Ad Management, and Jeremiah Krakowski played a big role in helping me build out my coaching program. Now I get to help women start and grow their own VA businesses, too!
