Let’s jump in: What are you most proud of building — that nobody sees?
I’m most proud of the foundation and behind-the-scenes work—the quiet rituals that happen long before a session begins. I start each day with intention and connection, expanding my energy with my spirit team. A great example is how I rebuilt my eBook into a living system: I re-flowed chapters, added bridges between sections, and wove in interactive journal prompts so readers can integrate, not just consume. In parallel, I designed my podcast to mirror that journey—each episode opens with purpose, closes with care, and includes supporting notes so the teaching continues after the listen. That discipline comes from a 25-year government career—I brought operational muscle into a soul-led business. The result is equal parts mystical and practical: consistent processes that protect the sacred, respect people’s time, and make transformation feel safe and grounded.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Jaimie Bahl—Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive channel, and founder of Cosmic Energy Oracle, home of the Divine Energy Diaries podcast and a growing library of practical spiritual tools. My work blends angelic energy and ritual with the structure. I help people move from insight to integration through simple, repeatable practices: guided rituals, journal prompts, and clear next steps they can use in real life. Right now, I’m expanding my eBook, Holistic Journey of Evolvement, and building companion podcast episodes so readers can listen, reflect, and act. I also offer Angelic Reiki + intuitive channeling sessions and self-study Reiki courses (with live options), plus printable resources in my Cosmic Energy Library on Ko-fi. My north star is depth with integrity—transparent pricing, and work that keeps working after the session ends.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I thought it was normal for love not to be tangible. It wasn’t said, it wasn’t shown, and it wasn’t felt—so I carried the belief that I must not be worthy of it. At 30, everything shifted. During a guided meditation at a local metaphysical gathering, I felt my angels—divine, unconditional love—wash over me. It was so beautiful it brought me to tears and rewired my nervous system in an instant. I realized love isn’t always a comfortable expression for some people, even though it’s the truth of who we are. Today I stand ten toes down in my worthiness. I believe in myself as a whole person, and that’s why I do what I do—so others can feel worthy and loved, too.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
Visibility. Not physically but afraid of being seen in a spiritual light. Using words like consciousness, Higher Self, intuition, energy healing, lightbeing, heart-centered living. In some rooms that language feels risky, and the old fear says, “Stay small.” I’ve also learned that the brighter the light, the more shadow gets attracted, and that can feel lonely. What’s changed is my why. I choose visibility as service, not spectacle. I ground first—prayer, protection, nature—then share from integrity and let the right people recognize the frequency. I keep transparent offers, and rhythms that protect my energy. The fear still whispers sometimes, but devotion is louder. I want to be an example for others to give themselves permission to be seen too.
I think our readers would appreciate hearing more about your values and what you think matters in life and career, etc. So our next question is along those lines. Is the public version of you the real you?
Yes, of course—the public me is me. I’m the same on and off camera: direct, occasionally foul-mouthed, big-hearted, a little cosmic, and grounded. I have a strong personality and I’m honest about what I believe. I also keep strong boundaries—which has triggered people before. I share when I’m guided and what I’m guided to share, and I stand in my truth even when it’s lonely. People can feel it’s genuine. Some days that looks like a teaching, a statement, or a thought meant to make you think. Ultimately, my aim is simple: encourage people to stand in their own authenticity—whatever that looks like for them.
Okay, we’ve made it essentially to the end. One last question before you go. Are you tap dancing to work? Have you been that level of excited at any point in your career? If so, please tell us about those days.
Absolutely! I’m living my purpose, and some days I’m literally dancing my way into it. Working from home gives me the freedom to kick off the day with intention—and a high-vibe playlist—then follow the nudge to swap my desk for a lake trail or a patch of sun. Car rides become mini-concerts (think “Higher Love” or “Rise Up”), and that joy keeps me focused on what matters. Music is my quickest way to lift my energy; nature keeps me grounded. Building my eBook, recording Divine Energy Diaries, and creating rituals for clients don’t feel like chores—they feel like devotion. This chapter is pure tap-dancing freedom with purpose, and I’m ten toes down excited to show up for it.
