Today we’d like to introduce you to Stacey Fournier-Thibodaux.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I grew up here in Minnesota and graduated from Elk River High School, where my classmates voted me “Most Likely to Become President.” At the time, I imagined a very different path. But in 1995, when I became a single mom, everything changed. I needed stability, and that’s when I pivoted into IT, starting on the help desk and working my way up, step by step, into leadership and eventually the boardroom.
For 15 years in corporate and another 10 as an executive in consulting, I built practices, scaled businesses, and sat at the executive table. But my story has never really been about titles. It has always been about people. The challenges I faced as a young single mom, and later as a woman navigating leadership, shaped me into someone who could see both the business and the human side of growth. Because of that, I became not just a leader but a coach, helping companies succeed while also guiding individuals to believe in themselves and step into their own power.
Now I am preparing to launch The Fearless Framework. It is the culmination of my journey, blending strategy, coaching, and execution to help organizations grow while keeping people at the center. But it is also about something deeper, helping people through those gut-check moments when you catch yourself asking, “What am I doing? Is this really how I want my life to feel?” Those questions do not have to be about career. They can be about relationships, health, purpose, or simply the way you are moving through the world. My mission is to walk with people through that fear, help them find alignment, and show them that even in the unknown, it is possible to step forward with clarity, courage, and heart.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. I became a single mom at a young age, and while that gave me incredible drive, it also meant I was constantly balancing survival with ambition. Early in my career, I was often the only woman in the room, which came with its own set of challenges, having to prove myself over and over again while also trying to raise a family.
In 2006, my life shifted again when I met my husband. We blended and expanded our family, which was both a blessing and another layer of complexity. Navigating a bigger family while growing a demanding career came with its own struggles, figuring out how to be fully present at home while also carrying the weight of leadership at work.
Even as I moved into executive roles, the challenges didn’t disappear. The pressure only grew as I navigated layoffs, economic downturns, difficult clients, and the responsibility of leading people through change. Personally, I went through seasons of questioning, exhaustion, and those moments where you look around and think, “Is this worth it? What am I doing?”
But those struggles shaped me. They gave me empathy, grit, and a deep understanding of what people carry into their work and lives. And they are a big reason I now focus on helping others navigate fear and uncertainty. The road hasn’t been smooth, but it has been real, and I would not trade the lessons for anything.
We’ve been impressed with The Fearless Framework , but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business, The Fearless Framework, is all about helping people and organizations grow with clarity and confidence. On the surface, I work with professional services firms and consulting organizations on strategy, scaling, and alignment. But what I am really known for is blending the practical with the personal. I do not just look at numbers and processes. I look at the people, because that is where lasting growth comes from.
What sets me apart is that I have lived it. I have been on the help desk, in the boardroom, and everywhere in between. I know what it feels like to juggle ambition and fear, success and doubt, and I bring that empathy into every engagement. My work is part advisory, part coaching, part execution, and that combination means my clients do not just get a plan. They get a partner who walks with them through the hard parts of change.
Brand-wise, I am most proud of how human The Fearless Framework feels. It is not about buzzwords or cookie-cutter strategies. It is about helping people at every level, whether it is an executive trying to scale a company, a team trying to work better together, or an individual asking, “What am I doing with my life?” I want readers to know that my brand stands for alignment, courage, and transformation.
Practically, I offer advisory retainers, strategy workshops, and growth roadmaps for organizations, as well as coaching and tools for individuals who are navigating change. But at the heart of it all, The Fearless Framework is about creating space for people to face fear, find clarity, and move forward with purpose.
I hope this article reaches people who need my help and they reach out to me.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I have learned is to trust God, especially when the path ahead is not clear. There have been so many moments in my life when fear could have stopped me, becoming a single mom, stepping into leadership roles I did not feel ready for, or leaving the safety of corporate life to start something of my own. My faith in God has been what carried me through those seasons and gave me the strength to take the next step.
For me, trusting God does not mean the fear disappears. It means I do not have to carry it alone. That trust has shaped not just my career, but also my family, my relationships, and the way I show up for others.
It is also why I created The Fearless Framework. My work is about helping people find alignment and courage, and while everyone’s source of strength is different, my own has always come from my faith in God.
