Today we’d like to introduce you to Allie Lott.
Hi Allie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my real estate career nine years ago as a marketing agent at Keller Williams, and I had no idea then how life changing it would become. What began as a marketing role quickly turned into a true passion. I fell in love with the process of helping families find spaces where their lives could grow. Looking back, I never imagined I’d build a career where I get to guide families through such meaningful milestones. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that the work I do helps people build wealth, find stability, and create lifelong memories in a place they can truly call home.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t always been a smooth road. Real estate is an industry that’s constantly shifting, from market fluctuations to interest rate swings to the rapid evolution of technology. Early on, I had to learn how to adapt quickly, stay ahead of trends, and continually refine my skills to serve my clients at the highest level.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a fulltime Realtor who specializes in residential real estate across the Fargo–Moorhead area. Beyond the traditional buying and selling process, I bring a strong background in marketing and professional photography, which allows me to showcase homes at a high level and create an elevated experience for my clients.
I’m known for my strategic marketing, eye for detail, and ability to position a home to stand out whether that’s through high-quality photography, compelling listing descriptions, targeted social media campaigns, or personalized branding around each property.
Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I definitely view myself as a risk-taker and honestly, I think anyone in real estate naturally has to be. This industry doesn’t come with guarantees or safety nets. You have to be willing to bet on yourself, navigate uncertainty, and adapt quickly as the market moves.
Choosing a commission-based career at a young age was one of the first major risks I took. There was no predictable paycheck and no roadmap, but I trusted my drive and my ability to connect with people. That leap ended up shaping my entire career.
