Check Out Joe Graczyk’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joe Graczyk.

Hi Joe, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Our beginning all started from planning our oldest daughter’s wedding back in 2021 and 2022. We were in the market for renting quite a few items for her wedding and we quickly realized the was a local need for what we currently do now. My wife, Stephanie, and I started discussing ideas and deciding if this was a direction we could possibly go because we wanted to start a business but at the time we just didn’t know what it was going to be. First it was let’s just buy the chairs and try renting them out, but that quickly changed as I was thinking along the lines of a full-service rental company. From day one we just kept re investing into the company we are now.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s been an adventure. When starting a business, you must prepare yourself for the unexpected because there a lot of those moments as you are learning and growing all at once. It’s quite the balance between trying to grow and taking on bigger and bigger projects. Acquiring the help needed to accomplish these jobs can be trying but with the crew we have, we have been able to continue to provide great service to many happy customers. Logistics can a tall task, lots of weekly planning goes into this as these customers are relying on us for their event and the last thing we want to do is stress out a bride for her big day. We set weekly and daily plans that must be hit to accomplish the weeks work, and our team has done a great job in ensuring we get it done each and every time.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
We specialize in outdoor/ backyard events. We kick off in the spring with graduation season that keeps us swamped all the way through mid-July. We then transition into wedding season which peaks in September. Along with that we many bridal showers, grooms’ dinners, baby showers and corporate events throughout the year as well. We seek to provide the best customer service possible; we are grateful for the opportunities that our customers provide us with, and our goal is to give them the best experience possible. From the first phone call or email we receive to the day of pickup we do our best to communicate with the customer to keep them updated throughout the whole process.

In terms of your work and the industry, what are some of the changes you are expecting to see over the next five to ten years?
We just see a strong demand for people hosting events at their homes and we look to be the company they seek out.
