Hi Sofia, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I am a passionate personal chef, dedicated to crafting menus for my clients, with a focus on flavorful, high-quality foods.
Elegantly spiced started from a cooking class where a mom hired me to teach her daughter how to make a meal after seeing my content online. Shortly after, more people inquired. I have done events from small parties around a dinner table to an Italian Wedding. My background is in fine dining and hospitality, there is nothing like bringing an elevated dining experience to the comfort of people’s homes.
I love being a part of my clients events, and celebrating with each person to make an unforgettable fine dining experience.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Every path has obstacles and setbacks, but with hard work, determination, the willingness to pivot, and sound decision‑making, you can move past them and keep progressing. I take each obstacle as a learning experience.

What are your plans for the future?
Grow my current food business into a full-service catering company serving weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
