Hi Paul, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started as a rep assisting companies in bringing unique products, services and technologies to market back in the early 2000’s. In 2007 I started TSN, which is now TSN Group. The company is a consultative rep firm focused on identifying and introducing innovative technologies to the Fintech and Healthcare sectors. Over the last several years the company’s mission has been to make a difference for healthcare providers given the financial, staffing and regulatory challenges they face daily. We have a number of companies and technologies, most of which are AI based that we represent. The one thing all of the companies have in common is they offer a game changing solution with a very strong and straight forward ROI, a must in healthcare currently given the financial landscape.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I genuinely love the work we do—especially the people we get to do it with every day. Like any business, we face our share of challenges, but the problems we’re solving for healthcare providers make every obstacle worth it. If we can play even a small role in improving one patient’s care journey, or help a hospital or clinic uncover new revenue opportunities or operational efficiencies, bring on the ‘bumps in the road’.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
Time with family and friends. An annual summer trip to a resort in northern Minnesota is a very fond memory because it combined family time with time enjoying, in the words of John Candy, “The great outdoors!.
