What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned is the importance of staying adaptable. No matter how well you plan, things will change—customer demand, sales, and even your strategy.
Being able to adjust quickly, listen to your customers, and stay consistent with quality has been key. That mindset has helped us grow stronger and keep moving forward, even during challenging times.
