Amanda, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My love for photography started when I entered my photos into 4-H & had the opportunity to go to the state fair with my photographs. What began as a fun hobby quickly turned into my passion. Serving couples & families in the most special seasons of their lives will always be an incredible honor!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Being a stay at home mom of four lovely girls, I don’t always have as much time for business as I would like to, but they have become the reason why I love what I do. I have a heart for serving other mamas because I know how short these little years are. The sweet newborn snuggles are gone faster than we know, & those sweet giggles with your toddlers will only be around for a few short years.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a motherhood & wedding photographer. I have the mission to not only create beautiful images, but truly deliver art that represents my client’s most precious seasons. When I work with my clients I am there for them every step of the way, from consult call, choosing outfits, to printing their images I help them to feel cared for & seen.
I am especially in tune with my brides & mamas, helping them feel beautiful in every season because getting your photos taken can feel overwhelming & intimidating, but my clients always walk away feeling beautiful & confident.
Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
From home remodels, to sewing, to gardening, I love to be creative & create beautiful moments from ordinary life.
