Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyle Nunes Medeiros.
Hi Kyle, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey started with a simple desire to create something meaningful and share my perspective with the world. Growing up in Toronto, I was always interested in media, storytelling, and the idea of building something from the ground up. What began as experimenting with content creation gradually evolved into a larger mission centered around self-improvement, entrepreneurship, and inspiring others to pursue their goals.
Over the years, I’ve built my personal brand through a combination of content creation, writing, podcasting, and digital media projects. One of the most important milestones was launching Better Every Day with Kyle Nunes Medeiros, a podcast focused on personal growth, discipline, mindset, and the lessons that come from everyday experiences. The show gave me an opportunity to connect with people on a deeper level and create conversations that encourage positive change.
Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of consistency, reinvention, and staying committed to a long-term vision. Whether it’s creating content, launching new projects, or building an audience, I’ve always believed that progress comes from showing up every day and continuing to improve.
Today, my focus is on expanding my reach across platforms, growing my podcast and media presence, and creating content that resonates with people around the world. While I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, I still view this as the beginning. My goal is to continue evolving as a creator and entrepreneur while helping others realize what’s possible when they commit to becoming better every day.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like many people building something from the ground up, one of the biggest challenges was learning how to stay consistent when the results weren’t immediate. There were times when I was creating content, launching projects, and putting in countless hours without knowing if anyone would see the vision the way I did.
Another challenge was overcoming self-doubt and the pressure that comes with putting yourself out there publicly. When you’re building a personal brand, every piece of content, every project, and every decision is tied directly to your name. That can be intimidating, especially in the beginning.
I’ve also had to learn how to balance creativity with discipline. It’s easy to have ideas, but turning those ideas into something real requires persistence, patience, and a willingness to keep going even when things don’t go according to plan. There were moments when projects didn’t perform the way I hoped, opportunities didn’t work out, or progress felt slower than expected.
At the same time, those challenges became some of my greatest teachers. They helped me develop resilience, adapt to change, and focus on long-term growth rather than short-term results. Looking back, I think the struggles were necessary because they shaped the mindset I have today. They’ve reinforced my belief that success isn’t about avoiding obstacles—it’s about continuing to move forward despite them.
The journey is still ongoing, but every challenge has contributed to the person, creator, and entrepreneur I’m becoming.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a content creator, podcaster, entrepreneur, and digital media personality. My work focuses on creating content that inspires people to improve themselves, pursue their goals, and build a better future. Through my podcast, videos, articles, and social media platforms, I aim to have meaningful conversations around personal growth, discipline, mindset, fitness, entrepreneurship, and success.
I’m probably best known for building my personal brand online and creating content that combines motivation with authenticity. Whether it’s through my podcast, Better Every Day with Kyle Nunes Medeiros, my media appearances, or my growing digital presence, I’ve always tried to share my journey honestly while encouraging others to keep moving forward in their own lives.
What I’m most proud of is building everything from the ground up. There wasn’t a blueprint or a large team behind what I’ve created. It came from a willingness to learn, adapt, take risks, and stay consistent over time. Seeing my content reach people across different countries and knowing that something I’ve shared has positively impacted someone else’s life is incredibly rewarding.
What sets me apart is my long-term vision. I’m not focused solely on views, trends, or short-term attention. My goal is to build a lasting media brand that creates value through content, storytelling, and meaningful conversations. I believe people connect with authenticity, and I’ve always tried to remain genuine about both the successes and the challenges that come with building something from scratch.
At the end of the day, everything I create is driven by a simple message: continuous improvement. If I can help someone believe in themselves, take action on their goals, or become a little better than they were yesterday, then I consider that a success.
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
Because I spend time in both Toronto and New York, I’ve had the opportunity to experience two incredible cities that have influenced me in different ways.
What I love most is the energy. Toronto has a diverse, welcoming culture and a strong sense of community, while New York has an unmatched pace and ambition that pushes people to think bigger and move faster. Both cities are filled with creative people, entrepreneurs, and individuals who are constantly working toward something greater, which is very motivating as a creator and entrepreneur.
I also appreciate the opportunities that come with being connected to both places. Toronto has helped shape who I am, and New York has exposed me to a global mindset that has encouraged me to expand my vision and think beyond local audiences.
If I had to mention a challenge, it would be the cost of living. Both cities can be expensive, especially for people building businesses, pursuing creative careers, or just getting started. The fast pace can also make it easy to become consumed by work if you’re not intentional about maintaining balance.
Overall, I feel fortunate to spend time in both Toronto and New York. Each city has its own personality, but both have played an important role in my personal and professional growth.
