Today we’d like to introduce you to Renita Levi.
Hi Renita, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For more than two decades, I worked in the healthcare industry, helping people navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. That experience taught me the importance of listening, compassion, problem-solving, and treating every person with dignity—qualities that continue to guide me today.
After retirement, I found myself drawn to a new challenge. I had always been interested in real estate, but I began to see it as more than just buying and selling properties. I saw an opportunity to help people who were facing difficult situations and needed solutions that traditional methods could not always provide.
That realization led me to start ReRe Real Estate Investors LLC. As a real estate wholesaler, I work to connect property owners with the right investors, creating opportunities that benefit everyone involved. I enjoy real estate, but what truly motivates me is helping people navigate difficult situations. Pre-foreclosures and low-equity properties often involve families who feel like they have run out of options. I may not always be the final solution, but I want to be part of helping them find one.
Compassion and empathy come naturally to me, and I believe business can be both profitable and people-centered. I enjoy helping sellers explore options, especially when they feel stuck or uncertain about what to do next.
Like many entrepreneurs, my journey has included a great deal of learning, persistence, and faith. Building a business later in life has taught me that it is never too late to pursue a new dream. Every challenge has been an opportunity to grow, and every conversation has reinforced my belief that success is built on relationships and trust.
Today, I continue to serve property owners throughout Minnesota while expanding my knowledge and network within the real estate industry. What excites me most is not just the business itself, but the opportunity to make a positive impact in people’s lives and help create solutions where others may only see obstacles.
Looking back, I never would have imagined that retirement would open the door to a completely new chapter, but I am grateful that it did. This journey has reminded me that growth has no expiration date, and some of life’s most meaningful opportunities arrive when we least expect them.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No, it has definitely not been a smooth road, but I have learned that growth rarely happens on the smooth roads.
One of the biggest challenges was starting a business in an industry that was completely different from my previous career. After spending many years in healthcare, I had to learn an entirely new language, new systems, new strategies, and a new way of thinking. Real estate investing involves constant learning, and there were moments when the amount of information felt overwhelming.
Another challenge was overcoming the fear that often comes with starting something new later in life. Many people assume that retirement is a time to slow down, but I chose to step into a new chapter that required me to take risks, build relationships, and remain open to learning every day. There were times when I questioned whether I was moving fast enough or knew enough, but I kept going.
Like many entrepreneurs, I have also experienced setbacks, deals that did not work out, and moments when progress seemed slower than I hoped. Those experiences taught me patience, persistence, and the importance of focusing on long-term growth rather than immediate results.
Perhaps the greatest lesson has been learning that success is not measured only by closed deals or financial milestones. It is also measured by the relationships you build, the people you help, and the ability to keep moving forward when things do not go according to plan.
Looking back, the challenges have been some of my greatest teachers. They have made me more resilient, more resourceful, and more appreciative of every step forward.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
The name of my business is ReRe Real Estate Investors LLC, a Minnesota-based real estate investment company dedicated to helping property owners explore solutions that meet their unique needs.
We work with homeowners who may be facing a variety of situations, including inherited properties, unwanted rentals, deferred maintenance, life transitions, or simply the desire to sell without the traditional listing process. Our role is to connect sellers with the right opportunities and, when appropriate, match properties with investors who can bring new life to them.
What sets us apart is our commitment to listening first. Every property has a story, and every seller has a different reason for reaching out. Rather than approaching every situation with a one-size-fits-all solution, we take the time to understand each person’s goals and help them evaluate their options. Sometimes that leads to a real estate transaction, and sometimes it simply means helping someone gain clarity about their next steps.
Our philosophy is reflected in our tagline: “Right Deal. Right Match. Repeat.” We believe the best outcomes happen when the right solution is matched with the right people at the right time. Whether working with a homeowner, investor, or community partner, our goal is to create value through relationships, trust, and thoughtful problem-solving.
We specialize in identifying creative solutions and building strong relationships throughout the process. Our focus is not just on properties, but on people. We believe trust, transparency, and communication are essential to creating successful outcomes for everyone involved.
Brand-wise, I am most proud of the reputation we are building as a company that genuinely cares about serving others. In an industry that is often associated with fast transactions, I want ReRe Real Estate Investors LLC to be known for integrity, professionalism, and treating every client with respect.
The message I would like readers to remember is simple: real estate is not just about houses—it is about people, families, and life transitions. My goal is to help make those transitions a little easier by providing guidance, solutions, and opportunities that create value for everyone involved.
We all have a different way of looking at and defining success. How do you define success?
My definition of success has evolved over the years.
There was a time when I might have measured success primarily by accomplishments, milestones, or reaching a particular goal. While those things still have value, I have come to believe that true success is much deeper than what can be measured on a balance sheet.
For me, success is waking up each day with a sense of purpose and knowing that my work is making a positive difference in the lives of others. It is about building meaningful relationships, treating people with respect, and conducting business with integrity.
In real estate, success is not just about closing a deal. It is about helping someone navigate a difficult situation, providing clarity when they feel uncertain, and creating solutions that benefit everyone involved. If someone walks away from an interaction with me feeling heard, respected, and better informed than when we started, I consider that a success.
I also define success as having the courage to keep growing. Starting a business later in life taught me that learning never ends and that new opportunities can appear at any stage of life. Every challenge overcome, every lesson learned, and every step forward is part of that success.
At the end of the day, success is not simply about what I achieve; it is about the impact I have, the relationships I build, and the legacy I leave behind. If I can look back and know that I served others well, remained true to my values, and continued growing along the way, then I will consider my journey a successful one.
