Today we’d like to introduce you to Corey Hiben.
Hi Corey, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started out my career as a personal trainer which later lead me to become a healthcare professional. After working the front lines of client & patient care for years I eventually became completely burned out and ended up losing my job during the pandemic.
It was during this time that I was reading a book called “choose yourself” and the life lesson I took away from that book was that I don’t need a degree or a job title to pursue things I’m really passionate about.
It was in this moment, I realized that I am passionate about both health and technology and I needed to find a way to combine them. Ultimately that lead me to start my own website design agency in which now I get to serve my fellow health & fitness professionals.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Is starting a business ever a smooth road?
Overcoming imposture syndrome, learning to ask for what I’m worth and setting boundaries with clients that I should have never said “yes” to in the first place.

I design & develop websites for health & fitness professionals. I’m most proud of the fact that my mission is about helping as many people as possible with their health and wellness. I am also incredibly proud of the fact that I genuinely care about the people I get to serve because I used to be one.
What are your plans for the future?
Having a 5 person team of people that also value health and have a genuine desire to help our clients grow their business.
