Hidden Gems: Meet Marnie Dachis Marmet and Stephanie Potter of The Art of Living Well Podcast

Today we’d like to introduce you to Marnie Dachis Marmet and Stephanie Potter.

Marnie & Stephanie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We met in the Spring of 2018 at a local mastermind group for women entrepreneurs, and instantly bonded over our journeys through motherhood, past travels, and our desire to inspire and empower other women. We also both graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Integrative Health Practitioner programs Level 1 and 2.

After hosting a few successful workshops and group programs together for our local community, we knew we needed a platform to amplify our message. We were craving a way to help more women expand their knowledge and motivate them to take actionable steps to live their healthiest and happiest lives. From this passion, we created The Art of Living Well Podcast to fill this void.

Join us for relatable, down-to-earth conversations each week. We want you to think of us as part of your circle. Each week we are dedicated to bringing you new episodes with inspiring and motivating conversations covering a wide range of health and wellness topics, including mindset, travel, strategies, movement, food, product reviews from a variety of experts-including ourselves.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The biggest obstacle has been both of us managing our time as we each run individual businesses in addition to our podcast. Improving our communication with each other has helped us figure out how to balance our various responsibilities, including our families and personal obligations.

Overall, the last two years have been pretty smooth. If we have a problem with one another, we are good about addressing it right away and communicating through the issue so it does not build up over time.

ABOUT MARNIE
As a Board Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach, Marnie is passionate about teaching busy women and teens how to implement sustainable, healthy habits into their lifestyle to create a happier, healthier and authentic life.

She helps women attain the energy, vitality, health and anti-aging qualities that they seek, by identifying and addressing the root causes of dis-ease in the body. After a very thorough lifestyle assessment, Marnie empowers women to make gradual, sustainable lifelong changes in nutrition and lifestyle through a highly personalized plan. Marnie will help you remove toxins and rebalance the body so you can look and feel your best in mind, body and spirit.

Marnie coaches clients on: Nutrition, Exercise/movement, Stress Reduction, Toxin Removal, Sleep Issues, Supplements, Mindset Coaching and more.

In addition to teaching and coaching, Marnie runs a promotional products business, Chillybean Promotions and she is writing a memoir. Marnie is married and she is the mother to three teens and an adorable Labradoodle and she understands the struggles of creating a healthy work and home life balance.

ABOUT Stephanie
Stephanie is a Board Certified Integrative Health Practitioner and holistic Health Coach who guides and empowers women to take control of their health and happiness through nutrition, lifestyle and mindset by creating sustainable habits for life. As a health and wellness coach, she is passionate about helping women transform their life so that they can thrive, feel their best and live their most authentic life. Stephanie works with women who are motivated and ready to commit and prioritize themselves, as they have done with their careers and/or families. She helps women who desire a balanced life in mind, body and spirit and creates a safe space for her clients to dig deep, peel back the layers and get to the root cause of what is holding them back from feeling fabulous and living the life they desire.

Stephanie coaches clients on : Nutrition, hormone health, exercise/movement, mindset, sleep, stress reduction, lifestyle, toxin removal, supplements and more.

Prior to discovering her passion as a health coach and advocate for women, Stephanie spent nearly 18 years in the corporate world and understands first the challenges of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle while juggling a successful career and family.

Marnie and Stephanie offer a community 7-day (and 14-day) Functional Medicine Liver Detox program, which runs quarterly and is an excellent reset to eat clean and help your body remove toxins. In addition, they offer group coaching programs and workshops throughout the year on various topics including: immunity boosting protocols, how to have a healthy relationship with sugar, toss the toxins for a cleaner home and body, clean wine (what it is and why you should care), and so much more.
