Hi Leah, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I always wanted to have my own business. I love makeup so I have my own makeup line and I’m also a YouTuber!!
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It wasn’t always a smooth road. I funded my own business with no help from anyone, and I’m very proud of how far I’ve come.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Luscious Love Makeup and Lovin Leah?
I have my own lip kit line and I’m also adding a new eyeshadow palette. I also am a YouTuber with a new show airing every Sunday. What I do on my show is I interview music artists, entrepreneurs, anyone that wants to share their business ventures! I’m moving to Florida in April so the scope of my filmings will be changing and I’m so excited about that. My website leahlasley.com is relaunching on March 4th as we are doing a new rebrand!
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I do a lot of social media, and I also will be working with a publicist so that helps me a lot!
