Today we’d like to introduce you to Cierra Rolli.
Hi Cierra, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I started Cierra Robin Blogs on November 1st, 2018 from my tiny 1 bedroom apartment. I was a full time teacher fresh out of college. I always loved following bloggers, YouTubers, and influencers throughout my teens and decided it was time to just go for it myself.
At first, I started with flat lay photos, sharing my favorite products. I slowly grew into a blog website, sharing product recommendations, fashion inspiration, and lifestyle content. I did everything from my phone, not having a clue what I was doing. I knew nothing about social media, metrics, engagement, anything related to marketing. I learned along the way how to take better photos, connect with other influencers, marketing skills, and gain an engaged audience.
Growing a following didn’t happen overnight, it took a lot of dedication, research, relationships, and work. I slowly started to meet friends in the influencer world and loved the feeling of community. Being an influencer, you meet other influencers on the internet and grow friendships with them. I have met some amazing people!
Fast forward to now, Cierra Robin Blogs is a registered LLC and has allowed me to work part time teaching. My business is growing every day and I cannot wait to see where it takes me.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
No! Influencing and Blogging are forever evolving and changing. That’s something that’s hard about it. You can’t just “master” a skill and be set, you are constantly learning new things.

I went to UW Madison for Education and am currently a 4K teacher! 4K is where my heart belongs in the Education world. I believe in the magic of play and the importance of socialization at a young age.
I’m most proud of following my heart to be a teacher and making a difference in the world.

One of my biggest supporters in the influencer world is Jasmine from Jasmine Maria Blog. She has always guided me the right way and answered all of my questions from the beginning. We have grown to be great friends and I can always count on her for support.
