Today we’d like to introduce you to Laura Erdman-Luntz.
Hi Laura, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started my wellness journey when I was in 9th grade and discovered one of the first exercise shows on tv. And my mom now tells me I was always her Life Coach – even when I was very young.
In college, I discovered Yoga and met my main Yoga teacher shortly after I graduated.
Over the years, I have tweaked my work, but it always comes back to helping people love their lives, taking great care of their bodies, minds, and hearts and having a dream or vision for their lives that gets them so excited, they want to leap out of bed in the morning to work on it.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Honestly, my greatest struggle was from me. I was diagnosed with ADHD in September 2021 – and it explained so much! The way I could get my brain to focus for 5 decades without support, led to chronic fatigue and an immune deficiency.
I feel the work I need to keep doing on myself just makes me better doing what I do.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I have been a Life Coach + Yoga Educator + Wellness Expert for over 30 years.
My specialty is helping people live their Extraordinary Lives – that life that is deeply fulfilling, full of purpose and vibrantly joyful for you, whatever that is!
I do that by helping people fall in love with the life they are living and find a vision for their lives and where they are going that encourages people to move through their fears to grow and evolve into the people they know they are capable of being.
I am able to work with people on all levels: Physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, wherever they want to work. We can talk healthy habits, moving through limiting beliefs, back pain, achieving goals, wherever the client feels they want to be and then I can support them in moving forward with their lives.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I enjoy networking with other professionals so we can refer our clients to each other. I’m always looking for people who work online who may have a product or expertise that could serve my clients – and vice versa.

Laura has been such an immense Light in my life! She has helped me find trust – in my Self and in the process of life – and a newfound enthusiasm I thought lost long ago. So happy and honored to be working with her and the ability to call her friend!
