Check Out Kemunto Ndege’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kemunto Ndege.

Hi Kemunto, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I grew up naturally curious and creative and that transpired into where I am today. I watched both of my parents, who are also naturally creative, return home from their 9-5’s and dive into their creative hobbies so I knew that I wanted to create a reality where I didn’t have to separate the two but rather have them coexist. Through trial and error, I was quickly able to discover my interest and passion for graphic and web design.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
It hasn’t always been a smooth road, I’ve endured many challenges as many people do on their path to discovery, but it’s made me who I am today and I’m able to embrace those struggles rather than turn away from them.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m a creative that specializes in graphic and web design. I’m honestly mostly proud of growing with my work and being open and vulnerable about it. I’ve learned that vulnerability can be a superpower if you allow it to be and applying that to my creative work has catapulted me to do better in many aspects of my work and identity.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
Be true to yourself and your authenticity. Once I allowed that in, my source of creativity flourished and I no longer felt like I was dimming myself.
