I started out in corporate for 6-7 years behind a desk and computer and I just didn’t feel like I could express myself or my art and helping others all at the same time until I tapped into my young self and went for my goals I had back when I was about 12. NOW! My mission is to enhance natural beauty of each person, whether through exquisite nail art or by ensuring that everyone leaves feeling truly FABULOUS! Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s definitely been a struggle, especially being one of the oldest ones going back to school at a cosmology school and then also not having the ample amount of clientele for one starting out on my own right away. That was something that was not a smooth road, but it is starting to smooth out; the more I am out there getting myself and my name out there and finding my true clientele that goes with my niche; because I am definitely different and “out there” so to speak when it comes to Nail art.

Oh, I love my art. I would say that sets me apart is that I special in hard gel and gel X (I am an acrylic free parlor) and not just that but I also specialize in VERY low toxin, Hema-free, vegan-free, products that are amazing for skin sensitivity clients (myself included). My actual art on nails people explain me as if I was a tattoo artist in the nail world. I specialize in alternative edgy, dark, goth, grunge, oddity’s, type nails, but also can do the simpler art too! I am known for my 3-D nail art that is out of this world that looks realistic, also my realistic nail artwork I can be a Picasso at times when it comes to painting micro-details. I am know for being the unique not your average salon/parlor with my unique parlor decor you step into when coming to my space! I also hand paint all my art as well so I don’t use stamps /decals etc when it comes to the nail art. I am the most proud of getting to where I am at in such a short amount of time. I’m grateful for the people around me to support me with my future. I am also the most proud of my art if I had to compare it to someone I would have to compare it to the most amazing manicurist out of Minneapolis. Her name is Frankie and she has been doing nails for over 22 years so I am proud of my work being commented stating that I do equivalent work if I were doing work for 22 years in the Nail industry.
What matters most to you? Why?
What matters most is to enhance natural beauty of each person, whether through exquisite nail art or by ensuring that everyone leaves feeling truly FABULOUS! When my client leaves my parlor with the biggest smile on their faces and how happy they are and how giddy they are, that is what matters the most to me is seeing my clients happy and knowing that they are walking out of my parlor with the best products on their nails and leaving their skin, the most healthiest. 🖤
