Hi Jubilee, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started Holy Buckets Inc. as a sole proprietorship in 2021
I was going through some very major family changes and had topush my very casual Cleaning into a more established business.
In 2023 my husband Aaron joined with me and we changed our business into a C Corp., allowing us to bring on employees and obtain larger commercial accounts.
Since that change has happened, we have grown significantly in the amount of clients we provide service to in the twin imports area, especially in our commercial account reach.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
It definitely has had its struggles.
Leadership has never been my strong suit, so stepping into that role as the owner of a small business was extremely challenging, but completely rewarding as well
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
As a cleaning company Holy Buckets offers a variety of cleaning services
We range from basic residential upkeep cleans to Residential Deep Cleans.
We also do move out and move in cleans.
We offer services to short term rentals and long-term rentals as well as commercial cleanings for office space.
We specialize in providing residential services as well as short term rental services.
However, our commercial cleaning presence has been growing as we are learning more and more how to provide affordable quality cleaning to these types of accounts
I would say the thing I am most proud of is how well my husband and I have come together, working closely to build this family business
In my mind, what set us apart as a cleaning company is that number one we truly care about our employees and know that there’s no way we could do any of this without them
We stand by our employees and try to provide Them with the types of accounts that they are gifted in be it Residential or commercial or short term rental.
We also of course, highly value our clientele, and do all that is in our power to meet and exceed their expectations
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
I have so many great childhood memories but one of my favorites is spending time at our cottage in Michigan on Mullet Lake.
We still travel there every summer to spend 2 to 3 weeks with our immediate and extended family
