What makes you lose track of time—and find yourself again?

With so many high-achievers in our community it was super interesting to learn about the moments when they lose track of time.  We’ve highlighted some of those conversations below.

Sometimes when I am wrapping large rocks, I find it becoming a meditation in its repetitiveness. There was one 38 lb. rock that I was wrapping, and I got into a true mediative zone. Spending time with family. Also, a good book can take me to another world if I need a break. I can read a book in a day if I need a mental reset. Read more >>>
