Hi Alazar, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My journey as a photographer began with a simple passion for capturing life’s most meaningful moments. Over time, I expanded Albastros Photography to cover a wide range of photography styles, from weddings and engagements to maternity sessions, family portraits, and large events.
I believe that every client has a unique story, and my goal is to capture those stories in ways that reflect their beauty, emotion, and individuality. Whether it’s a vibrant celebration or an intimate moment, I adapt my approach to ensure each memory is preserved authentically and beautifully.
Today, I’m proud to work with so many wonderful clients and to have built a business focused around celebrating life’s milestones. I’m excited to continue growing and creating memories that people can cherish for years to come.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but each challenge has helped shape Albastros Photography into what it is today. One of the biggest struggles has been balancing the creative side of photography with the demands of running a business. It’s one thing to be passionate about capturing beautiful moments, but another to handle marketing, client management, and the logistical side of things.
Another challenge has been navigating the seasonal nature of photography, especially with events like weddings and engagements. There are busy seasons and slower times, and learning how to manage both has been a learning curve. Additionally, each shoot brings its own set of challenges whether it’s adapting to unpredictable weather, working with young children who aren’t in the mood for photos, or ensuring a wedding day timeline runs smoothly.
Despite these obstacles, I’ve learned to be flexible and resourceful, and each challenge has brought growth. The most rewarding part is seeing the joy on my clients’ faces when they receive their photos that makes every struggle worth it.

At Albastros Photography, I specialize in capturing a wide range of life’s special moments, including weddings, engagements, maternity, family portraits, senior pictures, newborn sessions, and adventure or fall season photography. My goal is to tell authentic stories through my work, providing clients with timeless, high quality images that reflect their unique experiences.
What sets me apart is the personalized experience I offer to each client. I take the time to understand their needs and ensure they feel comfortable and confident during the session, whether it’s a senior excited about their next chapter, a family welcoming a new baby, or a couple embarking on a lifelong adventure together.
One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust my clients place in me to document their milestones. Each session is a collaborative effort, and I’m committed to capturing the genuine emotions and memorable moments that make each story special.
My adaptability and attention to detail allow me to work in a variety of settings from intimate indoor sessions to adventurous outdoor shoots making every project unique and meaningful.
What would you say have been one of the most important lessons you’ve learned?
The most important lesson I’ve learned on my journey as a photographer is the power of adaptability and connection. No two clients, sessions, or situations are ever the same, and being able to adapt creatively and logistically has been key to my growth. Whether it’s adjusting to unpredictable weather, finding the right lighting in a challenging location, or working with clients of all ages, flexibility has allowed me to consistently deliver quality work.
I’ve also learned that building genuine connections with clients is just as important as technical skill. Taking the time to understand their needs and make them feel comfortable not only leads to better photos but also creates a memorable experience. Photography is about more than just capturing moments it’s about creating trust and preserving stories in a way that feels authentic and personal.
