Today we’d like to introduce you to Cailee Lines-Ericson.
Hi Cailee, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I decided after 15+ years of working for someone else, I had a small vision of what I wanted to do for me and to make my clients comfortable. I think I was born an entrepreneur, as both of my parents kind of made their own businesses for themselves.
I have so many ideas that other spas and salons didn’t always see the vision I saw or cared about my clients like I do.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It’s a rollercoaster! I went from working in the northern suburbs, to downtown Minneapolis and highland Park Saint Paul, to now southern suburbs of the twin cities. Some clients followed since the beginning or came back now that I’m closer. I’m used to being completely busy everyday, so when I have a break I try to remind myself it’s okay and it’s time to do the work I won’t get paid for.
And of course, the cost of things going up is not easy for this industry in general, let alone doing your own thing.

I’m a certified massage therapist, licensed nail technician and licensed esthetician. I offer services such as customized massage, relaxing facials, full body waxing, and lash lifts!
I specialize in deep pressure, yet therapeutic massages for all folk.
I think having so many licenses and certifications sets me apart because I know the body from head to foot and how to relax someone. At my spa, you get your money’s worth. You pay to feel better for weeks, but also to rest.
I am proud of my clients! They trust in me for so many things and without them, I wouldn’t be able to do what I’m doing now.
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
I feel like my willingness to be open minded has helped my success. I don’t shut down people’s pain by judging them. I also believe that you shouldn’t hurt after a deep massage, and should be able to drift off at the same time.
