Today we’d like to introduce you to Lena Nguyen.
Hi Lena, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my meditation journey around thirty years old. During the pandemic, I would say I had an opportunity to come across the Transformation Academy. My journey began! I never thought personal development was essential. Sometimes I believe the person behind me was God. He motivates me because when I had completed one certification, I would be interested in the next or whatever I am guided to. Within one year, I had achieved the Master certification. It feels great. It came to me that I would love to help others find their purpose. Currently, I am Certified in Life Coaching and Spiritual Coaching. My main goals have always been about self-development, discovery, and being open-minded!
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It is far from a smooth road. I do not have many family members or friends around me who are fully supportive. They do not understand what I am doing. They also said this isn’t a good field due to the financial cost and the waste of time. The risk was high. The vision I see for the future is very promising. As long as I know I can do it, I am sure it will be done.
The biggest struggle was juggling finances within the business, family life, and personal life.

I am a certified master life coach specializing in life’s purpose coaching, happiness coaching, and goal-setting coaching. I recently achieved the certified master spiritual coach in law of attraction, energy alignments, shamanic, and Christian life coaching. The spiritual coaching springs from meditations.
I love what I do! I am different from others because of my cultural background and the way I think. We know no two life coaching sessions are the same, but I know the fruit of my spirit is love, peace, and joy!!

I would say I am a different person when I am in session!
I motivate them to set a purpose! I love a person with a sense of direction, so sometimes people mistake me for trying to convince them or fix them when I voice my opinion. Honestly, I love enough to comment, but the reaction isn’t the best. I lost many friends, and some just avoid me in general. But hey! The truth sets us free. As long as we know our weaknesses, no one can use them against us.
