Check Out Samantha Fiero’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha Fiero.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I’ve spent years working in medical sales while also building a career in wellness. My yoga journey began as a student in 2013, which led me to become Yoga Sculpt certified in 2016 and begin teaching in 2022. Since then, I’ve continued expanding my training in meditation, mindfulness, and somatic practices.

As a mom working in a demanding career, I saw firsthand how difficult it can be to prioritize your own wellness when you’re carrying a lot of responsibility. That experience shaped what I wanted to create with Well With Samantha.

Today, I combine yoga, meditation, somatic practices, and mindset to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create real results and lasting change. What started as a personal passion has grown into a platform where I teach, create accessible wellness resources, and help people bring these practices into their everyday lives.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely has not always been a smooth road.

One of my biggest challenges has been balancing a full-time career with being a mom while still making time for friendships, personal wellness, hobbies, and the things that make me feel like myself.

Time is still something I navigate every day. It’s also a big part of why I am so passionate about making wellness realistic and accessible. I’ve learned that taking care of yourself doesn’t require hours of free time, it’s about finding practices that can actually fit into your life.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Well With Samantha brings together yoga, meditation, somatic practices, and mindset in a way that’s practical and designed for real life. My work includes my recently launched Spotify podcast, YouTube channel, digital wellness resources, and customized individual, group, and corporate experiences.

What sets my approach apart is that I don’t look at wellness as one-dimensional. Movement can be powerful, but so can learning how to slow down, regulate your nervous system, shift your mindset, and better understand what your body needs. I like combining these tools for an outcome based and results driven approach.

I also think authenticity is an important part of my brand. I have a demanding career, I’m a mom, and I have the same responsibilities and limited time that so many other people have. I’m not teaching wellness from a place of having a perfectly balanced life. I’m sharing tools that I actually use to navigate mine. And to prevent burn out, I am only doing this in my free time.

I’m most proud that I’ve allowed Well With Samantha to grow at a pace that works for my life. I build and create when I have the time and inspiration rather than feeling pressured to constantly produce, perform, or compare what I’m doing to what someone else is doing. That has allowed me to create something that genuinely feels like me.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
I was very independent from a young age. My parents were divorced and both busy, so I learned early on how to take care of myself and figure things out on my own. I started working at 16 because I wanted my own money and eventually bought my own car.

Socially, I tended to keep a smaller circle. Middle school was a difficult time for me, and I experienced bullying, so I chose to attend a private high school where I could have a fresh start. I found a completely new social circle there and ended up being voted homecoming queen my senior year, which felt like a pretty full-circle moment.

School didn’t come easily to me, but I was ambitious. I knew fairly early that I wanted to work in medical sales because I wanted a career that would challenge me and give me the opportunity to be successful.

My interest in wellness started in high school but really grew during college. I didn’t grow up in a particularly wellness-focused family, but I had a college roommate who was very into fitness and inspired me to make it a bigger part of my own life.

Looking back, I think a lot of who I am today came from learning early that things weren’t always going to be easy. I became independent, driven, and comfortable creating my own path—and those qualities have stayed with me.
