Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey with Light and Breezy Coaching LLC began with a profound spiritual awakening in 2018 that completely transformed my life’s direction. But it was my near-death experience in 2020 that truly deepened my understanding of healing and consciousness in ways I never thought possible. These experiences weren’t just personal milestones – they became the foundation of my mission to help others in their own healing journeys.
My path to becoming a healer took another powerful turn in March 2023 when I experienced a kundalini awakening, which dramatically expanded my understanding of energy systems and our interconnected nature. This experience further validated what I had already known deep within – that we’re all connected, that separation is an illusion, and that everything in our universe is intricately linked through energy.
Today, I operate Light and Breezy Coaching LLC in Mankato, MN, where I guide people toward alternative healing practices that transcend traditional methods. At the core of my work is a powerful truth: each person is the conscious creator of their reality, capable of extraordinary transformation. Through my coaching services, I help people tap into the deepest parts of their being, awakening dormant aspects of themselves that have been hidden while playing the game of separation.
My practice offers an extensive array of healing modalities, including VortexHealing® Divine Energy Healing, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, and ACASMA Energy Healing – an ancient modality connected to Christ Consciousness and quantum fields. I also provide Sound Healing, DNA Activations Biofield Tuning, and Chakra Realignment, transformation coaching and much more. Each of these services, available both in-person and remotely/virtually, serves as a gateway for clients to rediscover their innate power and sovereignty.
Through my monthly appearances on Talk of the Town radio show, I share insights about wellness, energy, and healing practices, helping listeners understand how these various modalities work together for complete wellbeing. I’m passionate about educating people about their fundamental truth – that they are infinitely powerful beings capable of profound healing and transformation.
What makes my approach different is that I’ve been there – I understand the challenges and breakthroughs that come with spiritual awakening. My slogan, “Awaken Your Potential,” isn’t just a catchphrase – it’s a promise born from my own experience of awakening and transformation. I recently shared these insights at the Natural Healing Expo, where I had the opportunity to connect with and guide others interested in their spiritual journey.
I’m currently expanding my offerings in exciting ways, creating my own tarot deck with cosmic themes and developing a line of spiritual products. I’m also focusing on making spiritual growth more accessible through educational content and community gatherings, like our Tea and Tarot events where I collaborate with a local herbalist. I wrote a workbook that is available on Amazon with daily practices for a healthier lifestyle, and a guide to finding your true connection to yourself. I also have another book on transcendental spiritualism that will be being released later this year.
Through my diverse healing practices and coaching, I help people understand that they are far more powerful than they’ve been led to believe. Every session becomes an opportunity for clients to remember their wholeness and step into their true potential. Whether through energy healing, coaching conversations, or spiritual guidance, my work centers on one core mission: helping others break free from limiting beliefs and embrace their role as conscious creators of their reality.
This isn’t just a business for me – it’s my life’s purpose, shaped by my own experiences of awakening and transformation. I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey hasn’t been just about recent spiritual awakenings – it’s been a lifetime of challenges that the universe used as a pressure cooker to forge who I needed to become. I experienced significant childhood trauma, events that should have broken me, but instead became the foundation of my strength and understanding of human resilience.
In 2020, during the height of COVID, I faced a near-death experience due to fungal pneumonia. Because of the pandemic’s tunnel vision in healthcare, it was initially overlooked, leading to my stay in the ICU. This experience, though challenging, opened my eyes to deeper spiritual truths and became a catalyst for my work today.
But perhaps the biggest hurdle I continue to face is the lack of widespread misunderstanding about our energy systems, subtle bodies, and higher dimensional connections. We live in a society that has programmed people to define themselves by their status and limited beliefs, when in reality, the human mind is an electromagnetic field capable of creating any reality we choose.
My challenge now is helping others break free from these societal limitations. Every day, I work to educate people about their true potential, showing them that they are far more than their 3D existence suggests. It’s not always an easy path – challenging deeply ingrained beliefs rarely is – but it’s the work I was forged to do.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
When it comes to risk-taking, my story might make some people chuckle – imagine going from running a successful farm operation to telling people about energy healing and consciousness expansion! In 2018, I had my spiritual awakening while living what many would consider a stable, conventional life. But the universe has quite the sense of humor, and suddenly there I was, realizing that my true purpose wasn’t in agriculture but in helping people grow their consciousness.
Talk about a plot twist, right? I essentially walked away from everything that seemed “stable” and “normal” to pursue what many might consider an unconventional path. But here’s the thing – when you’re called to serve humanity in a bigger way, what looks like a risk to others feels like the only sensible choice to you.
Every step since then has been what some might call a risk. Trading my stable farm business for energy healing certifications isn’t exactly a conventional career move! But I know deep in my soul that this path – helping people align with their true divine purpose – is exactly where I need to be.
So yes, everything I do might seem risky by traditional standards, but when you’re aligned with your soul’s purpose, the biggest risk would be not taking these leaps at all. Besides, after you’ve had a spiritual awakening and a near-death experience, your perspective on what constitutes a “risk” shifts pretty dramatically!
