Today we’d like to introduce you to Heba Eid
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My journey with HERS FITNESS began in 2019 when I set out to improve my own health and well-being. After facing some personal health challenges, I realized how much physical movement could help not only my body but also my mental health. However, during this time, I also noticed a gap in the fitness world—a need for a safe, empowering space where women could support one another and grow stronger together.
That realization sparked the idea for HERS FITNESS, a women-only fitness organization built on the values of camaraderie, community, and support. Since then, we’ve been working towards creating a space where women can feel comfortable, get active, and connect with one another. It’s been an incredible journey so far, and I’m excited to see where it takes us as we continue to build this empowering community.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road, but each challenge has been an important part of the journey. Starting HERS FITNESS came with a lot of unknowns—building a brand from scratch, finding the right location, and learning the ins and outs of running a business while staying true to my mission of creating a supportive, women-only space.
There were also personal challenges, like balancing my own health journey with the demands of starting a business. Despite these obstacles, the drive to create a space where women could feel empowered and supported kept me going, and I’ve learned so much along the way.
Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
HERS FITNESS is a women-only fitness organization created to provide a supportive and empowering environment where women can connect, move, and thrive together. We specialize in offering a wide range of fitness classes—like yoga, belly dancing, HIIT, Zumba, boxing and strength training—that cater to all levels and focus on building both physical strength and mental well-being.
What sets us apart is the strong sense of community we foster. We believe that fitness isn’t just about working out; it’s about creating a space where women feel comfortable, supported, and inspired by one another. We emphasize camaraderie, personal growth, and helping each other achieve our fitness goals.
What we’re most proud of brand-wise is our commitment to inclusivity and the safe, judgment-free zone we’ve created for women of all backgrounds. HERS FITNESS isn’t just a gym—it’s a place where women can come together, be themselves, and grow stronger both mentally and physically.
We want our readers to know that at HERS FITNESS, they’ll find more than just classes—they’ll find a community that is there for them every step of the way, offering support, guidance, and motivation in their fitness journey. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting, we’re here to help you thrive in a space made for you.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Yes, there are a few key resources that have helped me both personally and professionally. One app I rely on is MyFitnessPal—it’s great for tracking nutrition and fitness progress, helping me stay accountable and informed about my health. I also use the Apple Watch Activity app to track my workouts and monitor my daily activity, which keeps me motivated and on top of my fitness goals.
In terms of reading, a book that’s had a big influence on me is “Daring Greatly” by Brené Brown—it emphasizes the power of vulnerability and courage, which has really inspired me in how I approach both business and life.
I also enjoy listening to The Goal Digger Podcast by Jenna Kutcher. It’s full of practical advice on entrepreneurship, branding, and how to build a business with heart, which resonates deeply with the mission of HERS FITNESS. Lastly, the “Work, Play, Love” podcast is great for balancing career, fitness, and personal life, as it features discussions on all three.
These resources have helped me stay inspired, organized, and mentally prepared as I continue growing both personally and with HERS FITNESS.
