Today we’d like to introduce you to Jeanne Spadaccini.
Hi Jeanne, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
For the past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a physical therapist across a variety of settings in the Twin Cities. From the beginning, my approach has been rooted in integrative care—drawing on modalities like Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy to not only address symptoms but to listen deeply for the wisdom the body holds beneath them. I founded Inner Wisdom Wellness, LLC as a way to remind people that healing starts from within. Sometimes, we just need a compassionate guide to help us reconnect with our inner knowing—and that’s where I come in. Alongside my physical therapy practice, I also serve as an embodiment coach and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, all in service of helping others return to their natural vitality and wholeness.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
The transition from being an employee to becoming my own boss has been filled with both challenges and growth. The biggest shift wasn’t logistical—it was internal. I had to step into the confidence that I could do it, and then learn to trust the process as it unfolded. Along the way, I was surrounded by people who saw what was possible for me long before I could see it myself. Borrowing their belief in me until my own took root was a vital part of the journey.
We’ve been impressed with Inner Wisdom Wellness, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
At Inner Wisdom Wellness, we support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, their truth, and their innate capacity to heal. With nearly 30 years of experience as an integrative physical therapist, I’ve come to deeply trust that the body holds answers far beyond symptoms—and my work is about helping people access that inner wisdom.
I specialize in a whole-person approach that blends physical therapy with powerful, gentle modalities like Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, embodiment coaching, and trauma-informed breathwork. My clients often come to me when they feel disconnected—from their bodies, their clarity, or their vitality—and together, we create space for healing, grounded presence, and sustainable transformation.
What sets Inner Wisdom Wellness apart is the deep respect I bring to each individual’s unique path. I don’t believe in “fixing” people—I believe in guiding them back to the wisdom they already carry. That’s why I often say: you are your own healer. Sometimes you just need a compassionate guide to help you find your way back. That’s the role I feel honored to play.
Brand-wise, I’m most proud that Inner Wisdom Wellness invites people into a space of remembering—remembering their wholeness, their strength, and their ability to live with more ease, embodiment, and love. Whether someone is seeking physical relief, emotional clarity, or a deeper connection to self, I offer a safe, nurturing space to support that journey.
What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Over the next 5–10 years, I believe the wellness and integrative healing space will continue to shift toward deeper embodiment, trauma-informed care, and client-centered approaches. People are no longer satisfied with quick fixes or symptom-chasing—they’re yearning for connection, meaning, and healing that touches body, mind, and spirit. As our collective awareness grows, I see more individuals seeking out practitioners who can hold space for the whole human experience.
One significant shift I see is the integration of nervous system regulation and somatic practices into both physical therapy and coaching. There’s a growing recognition that sustainable healing doesn’t come from force—it comes from listening, from presence, and from honoring the body’s pace. I’m also seeing a beautiful rise in people reclaiming their agency in their healing journeys, which is at the heart of my work.
What excites me most is the way this industry is moving toward more collaboration, less hierarchy, and more reverence for inner wisdom. It’s no longer about the “expert” fixing the “broken” person—it’s about walking alongside each other, with humility, skill, and trust. That’s a trend I’m proud to be part of and committed to deepening.
