Community Highlights: Meet Megan Weber of White Space Organizing

Today we’d like to introduce you to Megan Weber.

Hi Megan, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I first discovered professional organizing during my senior year of college. Picture me in a dorm room with labeled shoeboxes, completely obsessed. My senior project became a business plan, name, logo, and interviews with professional organizers. With a degree in Business Management, I dreamed of launching my own business—but instead, I took the traditional route and started a career in corporate marketing.

I managed major brands, events, and campaigns for over a decade. I loved the creativity, but bringing order to chaos really lit me up. Whether it was mapping workflows or color-coding clothing racks in retail, I’ve always had a knack for turning mess into method.

Then, one day, the universe gave me a nudge: I was unexpectedly laid off. Scary? Absolutely. Necessary? Completely. That moment gave me the courage to chase the dream I’d carried for years. Seeing my first clients’ joy when their homes were transformed confirmed that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

Since then, I’ve built White Space Organizing around one simple idea: a home that functions well makes life feel a little easier. I design systems that fit how families truly live, with thoughtful touches that make each space personal and purposeful.

As a mom of two, I understand how life piles up. Keeping your home—and everything else—running smoothly can feel impossible. Helping busy individuals and families reclaim calm and functionality isn’t just about bins and labels; it’s about making space for what truly matters. Where others see overwhelm, I see potential. Turning that potential into a home that feels peaceful is exactly why I love what I do.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Starting a small business with a newborn had its challenges. I worried if I could really leave corporate stability behind, but each challenge has taught me how to build better systems, trust my instincts, and make the experience smoother for my clients. The bumps are part of the journey, and seeing someone breathe easier in their own home makes every one of them worth it.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?
At White Space Organizing, I offer done-for-you home organizing services for busy individuals and families in Maple Grove, the West Metro, and beyond. I create functional and beautiful spaces and systems that support how families live, all with an added eye for design. My goal is simple: make your home a place you love to be—one that reduces stress and restores calm.

Your home should work for you, not against you. Getting organized is truly transformational. Your space reflects your state of mind, and an organized environment brings real mental clarity. Everyday moments—like opening a drawer or finding a backpack—should feel effortless, not overwhelming.

I also provide unpacking and home transition services for families moving or remodeling, so you can enjoy your new home right away instead of living out of boxes for months.

What sets White Space Organizing apart is my empathetic, detail-oriented approach—creating tailored, functional, personal, and inviting solutions. I help people live with less, where everything has a home and tidying a room takes ten minutes or less.

To get started, clients can reach out for a complimentary consultation. We’ll discuss your goals, create a custom plan, and move seamlessly into implementation—bringing order, calm, and a little white space back into your home.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
People are often surprised by how emotional this work can be. Organizing isn’t just about creating tidy spaces; it’s about helping people feel peace in their homes again. Watching that transformation unfold, seeing someone breathe easier in their own space, never gets old.
