Hi Victor, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I am 27 years old, originally from Detroit, Mi. My father has lived here for over twenty years now, so I always come to visit. I decided to move back here as an adult three years ago, and it was the best decision I have ever made. I received my HVAC R license from North Western Technological institute in 2015 and have worked in multiple fields of skilled trades sense. I have been inspired to start my own company ever since I could remember, so it was naturally the next step for me to take once I became comfortable in my field.
We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
In business or life, challenges should be something you expect. I could tell you how hard it is to get financial backing as a small business or figure out employment and taxes; however, I like to take the perspective that these are lessons you must experience to be a great business owner. Obstacles are a part of the process.

How would we have described you growing up if we knew you were growing up?
Growing up, I was curious, always getting in trouble for breaking things. I just wanted to know how they worked. I believe this is why I am mechanically inclined. My interests were sports, hip-hop music, and history.
