Today we’d like to introduce you to Christi Gereau.
Hi Christi, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My career literally started by accident.
I was hit by a drunk driver, from behind, while I was walking across the street.
For two years, I was seeing doctors with not a lot of progress. I went to them and asked if they would provide me with a personal trainer, specifically Pilates personal trainer, but they said, “no it wouldn’t work.” I don’t recommend this but I quit seeing the doctors. I got certified as a Matt Pilates instructor, Standing Pilates, Pilates in a Chair and personal trainer. I opened my own Pilates studio. And I produced and host my own television show, “Core Pilates by Christi.”
I have 55 shows, “in the can.” And has been televised around the world. By doing Pilates, I got strong and in great shape.
I was noticed by several modeling agencies and clients and was hired as a fitness model for Suzanne Summers, Nordic Track, and Bodyblade, to name just a few of many clients.
Today I model for many designers and walk on the runway.. I will be in New York’s fashion week this fall walking on the runway!

I married my high school sweetheart 35 years ago, my family includes three sons, a daughter-in-law, girlfriends and a grandson. Rob and I are empty-nesters and it seems as though my career is flourishing.
I’m so excited, I am 61 years old and I’m just getting started in my modeling career around the world!
I have a few very big goals in sight so keep following me!
I get up every morning and say to myself…” I AM WHAT’S NEXT!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
As you read earlier I was hit by a drunk driver while walking across the street which was a blessing in disguise. Although pregnancy can set many people back for a time, I continued my career up to the moment of giving birth as a personal trainer.. Great habits go a long way during obstacles in life.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
What sets me apart in my modeling career and business is that I am a mature, professional model. At age 61 and looking like I am 30 years old and a model with 20 to 30-year-olds, I am a proven fact that if you have good habits and take care of your, mind, body, and spirit you can have what I have. I say and declare every day, “I am getting better and better every day in every way.”
I am an international model. I think it inspires people to push the boundaries further than I can ever imagine for themselves. Because if I can do it so can They!
Is there a quality that you most attribute to your success?
The qualities I have in my life and my character stems from my faith. I wouldn’t be where I’m at without a positive, persistent, tenacious, victorious mindset. I am a leader. I empower others, always, wherever possible. I give away blessings that I receive to others in need.
I can’t outgive God, And I have God‘s special favors everywhere I go.
I am so mightily blessed. And then so are the people around me.
