Hi Erin, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started my candle company during the COVID-19 pandemic while working full-time as an architect. What began as a creative outlet during uncertain times quickly evolved into a passion project. Drawing on my background in design and my deep love for the outdoors, I created a candle collection that blends minimalist aesthetics with nature-inspired scents. Each candle is thoughtfully crafted to bring a sense of calm, warmth, and connection to the natural world. As part of our mission to give back, we donate a portion of all sales to the National Park Foundation, helping preserve and protect the places that continue to inspire our brand.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Minnesota has been an incredible place to grow my business, thanks to its strong sense of community and support for local makers. I’m proud to be building my business in a place that celebrates creativity, connection, and community.
