Daily Inspiration: Meet Candace Wostrel-Glatch, BSN, RN

Today we’d like to introduce you to Candace Wostrel-Glatch, BSN, RN.

Hi Candace, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
📖 Origin & Founder — HAVEN Mobile MedSpa at DeepHaven Rejuvenation
DeepHaven Rejuvenation was launched by Candace Wostrel-Glatch, BSN, RN, who serves as the owner and master injector of the concierge mobile med spa. Candace’s career began more than 16 years ago in nursing, where she built deep clinical expertise across a wide range of healthcare environments. Of those 16+ years, 12 were spent in urgent care and emergency room settings, shaping her advanced skills in patient assessment, facial anatomy, critical care, and emergency preparedness.
Before transitioning into nursing, Candace began her professional journey as a cosmetologist, where her passion for beauty, skin health, and aesthetics first took root. Wanting to blend artistry with medical science, she pursued nursing to expand her clinical knowledge and provide a higher level of care—eventually merging both worlds to create a new, elevated, and deeply personalized approach to aesthetics.
Candace specializes in delivering natural, refreshed results that never look overdone, and she has a strong passion for corrective aesthetic work, including restoring symmetry, refining previous treatments, and helping clients feel confident in their skin again. She particularly enjoys corrective and symmetry-focused work, using her advanced knowledge of facial anatomy to restore balance, harmony, and subtle enhancement tailored to each individual.
💡 Why It Was Created
Candace founded DeepHaven Rejuvenation with a clear mission:
✨ To combine clinical precision with beauty artistry
✨ To deliver treatments that feel safe, personalized, and luxurious
✨ To bridge the gap between medical expertise and aesthetic experience
She envisioned a med spa model that offered more than procedures—one built on trust, convenience, connection, and confidence, delivered with the skill of a critical-care trained RN and the eye of a beauty-driven aesthetic expert.
🚗 The Concierge Mobile Concept
Rather than operating solely from a traditional clinic space, Candace re-imagined aesthetic care by bringing services directly to clients. To bring this vision to life, she purchased a Mercedes Sprter van and sent it to Florida, where Vanning in Plain Sight completed the full medical spa build-out—transforming the van into a fully customized, luxury traveling MedSpa.
She then launched HAVEN Mobile MedSpa, offering treatments such as:
• Injectable neurotoxins
• Dermal fillers
• Aerolase Neo Elite laser therapies
• Advanced skin and facial rejuvenation treatments
…delivered at the client’s preferred place and time—whether at home, the workplace, or during a curated wellness retreat.
This client-centered, flexible, and elevated approach became a defining part of HAVEN’s identity, rooted in accessibility without ever compromising clinical safety or aesthetic outcomes.
🚐 Sprinter Van Launch — Early March 2026
The HAVEN Mobile MedSpa Sprinter Van is set to officially launch in early March 2026, marking the debut of DeepHaven Rejuvenation’s fully customized mobile treatment space—designed for concierge aesthetics, medical safety, and an elevated, luxury client experience.
🌿 The Heart of the Brand
HAVEN Mobile MedSpa at DeepHaven Rejuvenation grew from:
✔ Candace’s first love of cosmetology
✔ Her critical-care nursing background
✔ A passion for facial symmetry, corrective work, and skin science
✔ And a desire to deliver aesthetic care in a way that feels human, trusted, personalized, and elevated
The result is a mobile med spa experience that blends science, artistry, and luxury—brought directly to you, enhancing natural beauty while restoring confidence and harmony.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The Road Was Meaningful, Not Always Smooth
While the vision for HAVEN Mobile MedSpa was clear from the start, the journey to bring it to life came with real challenges.
• Career Transition & Rebuilding – Moving from cosmetology into nursing meant years of starting over in a new field, gaining credibility, and mastering clinical skills in high-pressure environments like the ER and urgent care.
• Entrepreneurial Risk – Launching a concierge mobile med spa rather than a traditional clinic model required a leap of faith — investing in a concept many people hadn’t seen before, educating clients on a new delivery model, and building trust without a storefront.
• Sprinter Build-Out Logistics – Converting a Mercedes Sprinter into a compliant medical treatment space meant coordinating long-distance vendors, custom design, regulatory considerations, and unexpected delays in the build process — including sending the van to Florida for the full conversion.
• Timing & Market Pressure – The extended timeline pushed the official launch to early March 2026, requiring patience, financial planning, and navigating the emotional weight of delayed momentum.
• Corrective Work Challenges – Stepping into corrective aesthetics means not only technical complexity, but also supporting clients who may feel frustrated or self-conscious from previous results — work Candace finds deeply rewarding, but far from easy.
Through it all, Candace remained anchored to her mission: delivering natural, balanced results and specializing in corrective and symmetry-focused care — building something better, even when the road required rerouting, resilience, and problem-solving.

A Story About Candace — The Nurse Who Brought Beauty on the Road
Candace Wostrel-Glatch didn’t set out to follow the typical path. Her story began behind the chair, not the clinic. As a young cosmetologist, she fell in love with the art of transformation—how a subtle change could lift someone’s confidence, how symmetry could shift the way a face caught the light, how healthy skin told a story long before a person ever spoke.
But Candace also craved something deeper. She wanted to understand why beauty worked, not just how to create it. So she traded her shears for scrubs and stepped into nursing—where the real schooling began.
For 12 years, the ER and urgent care became her training ground. In rooms where every second mattered, she learned to stay calm under pressure, assess patients quickly, and master anatomy in ways few aesthetic injectors ever do. She became the nurse you wanted in your corner when things got complicated. That decade of critical care didn’t pull her away from aesthetics—it sharpened her for it.
After more than 16 years in nursing, Candace knew she wanted to return to beauty—but on her own terms. She envisioned aesthetic care that felt safer, smarter, kinder, and more personal. So she launched DeepHaven Rejuvenation and later built HAVEN Mobile MedSpa, sending a Mercedes Sprinter to Florida for a full medical spa conversion. No storefront. No limits. Just expertise that could travel.

Natural-looking results — Refreshed, balanced, and subtle. Clients look like themselves, only restored and confident.
Corrective aesthetics — Fixing asymmetry, refining previous treatments, and solving complex aesthetic challenges using clinical precision and anatomy expertise.

• A cosmetologist’s aesthetic eye
• An ER nurse’s clinical precision and anatomical mastery
• Deep experience managing complications, emergencies, and complex patient cases
• A passion for corrective work and natural beauty
• And a mobile model that brings luxury + accessibility together
She didn’t just enter the aesthetics industry—she returned to it with sharper tools, deeper knowledge, and a bigger purpose.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
What Makes Candace Happy
Candace finds joy where transformation meets connection. It’s not just about the aesthetics—it’s about how her work changes how people feel about themselves. She lights up when:
• A client walks out of a session smiling at their reflection, feeling natural, confident, and like themselves again.
• She helps correct past treatments that caused insecurity or frustration, turning challenges into relief and trust.
• She teaches and empowers clients to understand their own skin, aging process, and aesthetic choices—sharing knowledge that lasts beyond a single appointment.
• She is working hands-on, blending artistry and science, using her skills in anatomy, injectables, and lasers to create precise, subtle results.
• She builds relationships through her mobile model, connecting with people in their own environment—whether at home, at work, or during a wellness retreat.
• She feels the satisfaction of problem-solving, whether it’s refining a previous treatment, adjusting a procedure for symmetry, or ensuring a client’s comfort and safety in every step.
