Today we’d like to introduce you to Crystal Techanand
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
My music background started from my love of dance.
I spent hours in the dance studio as a child studying may forms of dance and emerging myself in a variety of music.
I moved to New York City and studied at the American Music and Dramatic Academy on Broadway.
There is began to study vocal techniques and voice over work.
I have been blessed to have been cast in many shows and tours.
In 2020 I moved from New Jersey to Las Vegas.
This was the start of my DJ and Radio Career.
Las Vegas is such an epic city to DJ in.
I have met so many talented artists and dj’s and played in the most unique clubs and venues.
My biggest passion is releasing artists tracks on air as well as interviewing artists for my radio shows.
As a DJ I feel it is my duty to play the music that is fresh and new. I like to mix tech house , edm, hip hop and top 40 remixes.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I believe that when you follow your dreams there will always be obstacles along the way.
When it comes to the Las Vegas scene there is a level of respect you must have for the people who have come before you.
At the same time you have to know your worth while navigating new territory.
I am blessed to have had people guide me along the way and I’m grateful for their connections that have helped me get to where I am today.

I am known for releasing artists music on fm radio as well as on social media.
Each week on my radio show I highlight a track and promote it.
The artist and I will conduct a brief interview where they describe how the track was created followed by what they are currently working on.
