Today we’d like to introduce you to Nathan Socha
Hi Nathan, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I received an opportunity in management as a young college student. Upon receiving the offer, I received an opportunity in management as a young college student. Upon receiving the offer, I decided to take the route of experience versus continuing my education for a bachelors degree. This is where my story begins.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
No lol I would say very few have a smooth road. But that’s not to say it was needed. I learned an incredible amount about Sales when moving jobs to different sales industries anyone in Sales will know there is a cycle of hills and valleys. It’s all about embracing the valleys with an open mind and trying to learn from that and take that knowledge for the next time you go through one.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I have been in sales my whole professional career. At the moment, I currently specialize in diagnostic Sales if I’m going to brag, I’d have to say my persistence is my number one quality that I am most proud of I think that’s what separates me from others I’ve gone through a lot of challenges Because I only have an associates degree what I have learned from that is unfortunately, our society frowns upon not having that piece of paper and overlooking the personal qualities what it actually takes to succeed. I am very proud of where I am at without that piece of paper.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
It certainly helped me gain a more positive perspective on all things in life. That’s for sure. It also helped me learn about being creative and thinking outside the box in regard to sales.
