Today we’d like to introduce you to Tammy Ebert.
Hi Tammy, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am an entrepreneur at heart along with my husband Wayne. We purchased One 2 One Marketing, Inc. in April of 2021. It was a new adventure for us in an industry we knew virtually nothing about. Over the past 5 years, we have learned a lot and are looking forward to continued growth.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely has not been a smooth road. With all of the ups and downs of a normal business this one has been even a little more challenging as it has had to navigate the Covid, and post-covid eras as business that we work with have had to pivot from remote work, meetings, trade shows to moving back to in person. This created some companies to put on hold their marketing needs, creating a downturn in business and with so many fixed expenses a definite cash flow issue. We have navigated our way through those and today are in a better position though there are still lingering repercussions.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
One 2 One Marketing, Inc is known for its customer service and quality products. We have a creative team that will take your thoughts and provide you with options. We help companies promote their Brand recognition through the use of promotional products, company uniforms, trade show displays/give aways, employee recognition, employee new hire, and years of service programs.
We stand behind our products and if you aren’t happy, we will replace them.
How do you think about luck?
Both my husband and I were raised around parent(s) who were small business owners and they instilled in us the work ethic and knowledge that we needed to be able to be successful owning our own businesses. We were lucky enough to have parents that not were only successful but that were willing to provide us with the background to not be afraid to step out on our own.
