We opened our doors on May 10, 2025, with nothing but passion and a big dream. Early on, our head spa sessions started gaining attention online, and soon our books were filling up fast. Seeing people leave feeling relaxed, emotional, and genuinely restored has been the most rewarding part of this journey.Since then, Koze has grown in ways we’re so grateful for. We now have over 618 five-star Google reviews, 2,000 followers on Instagram, and our appointment books are busier than ever. Koze has become more than just a head spa, it’s a full beauty and wellness space, offering facials, waxing, makeup, semi-permanent makeup, lashes, brows, nail care, and hair services.Looking ahead, we’re excited for 2026. We hope to make it an even better year by adding some of the most-requested services, continuing to provide experiences that bring joy, relaxation, and confidence. What hasn’t changed is our heart. Koze is a space for everyone. We’re wheelchair-accessible, inclusive, and committed to making every visit feel safe and welcoming. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how a simple dream has grown into something that touches so many lives. We’re so thankful for our clients, our team, and our community for supporting us and growing alongside us.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Our journey has been amazing, and we’ve been fortunate to have relatively few ups and downs. I think our location has helped a bit, but we’ve also been lucky to have clients coming through our doors from the very beginning. It hasn’t always been easy, but the support from our team and clients has made all the difference, they have allowed us to grow steadily and connect with our community in meaningful ways.
We’ve been impressed with Koze Head Spa & More, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We specialize in Head Spa and Facial treatments while also catering to each client’s individual needs. All of our estheticians have their own unique niches, allowing every client to enjoy a personalized and complete experience with each service. What sets us apart from other spa locations is that we are able to accommodate up to 8 clients at the same time, especially in our location, has allowed us to grow steadily and connect with our community in meaningful ways. We would love your readers to know that Koze is a space where clients can truly unwind and relieves possible stressors, and feel cared for from start to finish and that our instagram is a great site to be able to see any updates and our monthly deals.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Product education has really helped our business grow, and it can do the same for our clients and readers. When people understand how to use our products well, they get more value, have fewer problems, and are more likely to stick around and recommend us.
