Exploring Life & Business with Anabelle Lefevre of Faithfull Breath

Today we’d like to introduce you to Anabelle Lefevre.

Hi Anabelle, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After battling health issues throughout my 20s and finally making it to the other side, I couldn’t help but think about all the others silently struggling. Those who weren’t feeling their best physically, mentally, or emotionally.

Becoming a mother shifted everything. After having my first child, my passion for health and wellness deepened in a way I hadn’t expected. I wanted to feel good for myself but also to be present, whole, and well for my family.

Then the world paused during the pandemic, and with that unexpected downtime, I finally gave myself permission to go deeper. I dove into wellness not just as a lifestyle, but as a calling. I earned my yoga certification twice, and soaked up everything I could about movement, healing, and holistic living.

This journey changed me. It softened me. It gave me purpose. And I felt an undeniable urge to share what I was learning, not from a place of perfection, but from a place of honesty. So I started sharing online. And to my surprise, it resonated with a lot of people. Especially women.

Since then, my community has grown to over 150K across platforms, 96% of whom are women.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. One of the biggest struggles I’ve faced has been rebuilding my connections from the ground up after moving across the country. Starting over meant finding a new community, making new friends—trusted friends with shared values—and learning to open up again.

Moving is never easy, but when you’re building something meaningful from scratch, it’s even harder. There were moments of loneliness, moments where I questioned if I was on the right path. But in that solitude, I also found clarity. I became more intentional about the spaces I entered, the people I surrounded myself with, and the vision I was committed to bringing to life.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Faithfull Breath ?
I am a full-time yoga teacher and online creator. My goal is to help others adopt a balanced approach to life that supports their well-being and mental health. I especially encourage and support women, specifically Black women, to breathe, move their bodies, and take it easy.

What I’m most proud of is my resilience. Being an entrepreneur means facing challenges, rejection, and low seasons. I’m proud of my ability to push through those moments, trust the process, and believe that what I’m doing is truly making a difference.

Before we let you go, we’ve got to ask if you have any advice for those who are just starting out?
My advice for anyone who is just starting is to know your why. Why are you doing what you’re doing? When you start to lose sight of your why or begin to feel discouraged, return to it. Remind yourself why you do what you do.

I wish I had known about the power of collaboration—authentic collaboration. I carry this quote with me into many spaces: “If you want to go fast, go alone. But if you want to go far, go together.”
Collaboration is a beautiful and powerful thing.
