Hi Candelaria, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello, my name is Candelaria Pineda, and my husband Oswaldo Lopez and I started this company, *Candy’s House Cleaning LLC*. We united our dreams, always putting God first in this new project, which we began in 2019—that’s when it all started.

We wanted to introduce ourselves in the Twin Cities. As a Latina, I began knocking on doors—one opened, then more followed. We have clients who have welcomed us into their homes because of the quality of our work and our professionalism. One of the things that sets us apart is the attention to detail in every home we clean, and that has allowed us to maintain *five-star reviews* consistently. That distinction has been key to our success.

Another very important lesson we have learned is that when a company always performs its work with excellence, more opportunities will come its way. And so, we continue moving forward.

During the pandemic, we were unable to work, but our clients remained present in our lives as if we had never left. Each client is incredibly valuable to us because they *deserve outstanding service, always delivered with excellence*.

The greatest virtues a person can have are kindness, integrity in their work, and, above all, professionalism. Through the challenging times of the pandemic and up to this day, we have remained standing as a company, all because God has allowed us to keep moving forward together.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
In the beginning, it was difficult, and I believe that each company will have obstacles to grow because it is just starting and just getting known. It has been a time where we have learned many things together.

Is there any advice you’d like to share with our readers who might just be starting out?
I would have liked to have had more information about websites because by making hasty decisions, I took a very high price that I later realized did not work because it was not what I expected. Today, I realize that you have to request quotes, see what is best for the company and its growth, and what will give you results.”
