Hi Han, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I moved to Northfield in 2021 when I married my husband, Kyle. Coming from Saigon, I immediately noticed a big difference between the two places. In Saigon, there are countless restaurants and an incredible variety of food. People eat out all the time—including me—which is why I didn’t really know how to cook back then.
After moving to Northfield, I found myself craving Vietnamese food almost every day. That’s when I started cooking my own meals. It eventually led me to a career I never imagined for myself—becoming a chef.
It’s been an exciting and meaningful journey to open a restaurant in my new home.
