Exploring Life & Business with Namit Bhalla of Keller Williams Integrity Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Namit Bhalla.

Namit Bhalla

Hi Namit, We are so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I immigrated from India to the US in 2019. I wanted to learn how the US housing market works and help people navigate through the complicated sale and purchase of a house. I realized that immigrants face a lot of trouble while buying or selling a home because things work differently here as compared to the culture and systems in their country. I like to come alongside immigrants and locals to help them navigate this complicated process, and I try my best to make the process less stressful and smooth. That’s why I chose to become a realtor.

It wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been relatively smooth so far?
It has been a challenging road. As an immigrant, I only have a few personal contacts or connections. Therefore, I need to get the kind of business I want.

We’ve been impressed with Keller Williams Integrity Realty, but for folks who might need to be more familiar, what can you share about what you do and what sets you apart?
I am a realtor with Keller Williams Integrity Realty. I speak four languages: English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. I know what it’s like to be an immigrant to the US. I know the struggles immigrants go through, which is why I can offer help to immigrants who are looking to buy or sell their houses. Since immigrants take more energy and effort, I would be a great agent for locals who are nonimmigrants as well. Because I am used to going above and beyond for my clients.

What are your plans for the future?
I plan to help my wife get into a better financial place to start a family. I also love skydiving. I am a skydiving coach. Someday, I will be more involved in skydiving as a rigger and an instructor.
