Inspiring Conversations with Becky Freeman of BVTalks & Bee Vee Clean

Today we’d like to introduce you to Becky Freeman.

Hi Becky, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I started BVTalks after realizing how many women were dealing with things like BV, pH issues, and other vaginal health problems, but couldn’t get straight answers. A lot of the information out there either feels overly clinical, confusing, or just avoids the real questions women are actually asking.

At one point, I created a private Facebook group just to have a space where women could talk freely without feeling judged or embarrassed. That’s when it really hit me how common these issues are and how many women are just trying to figure things out on their own.

What started as me researching and trying to understand things better turned into BVTalks, where I focus on breaking things down in a way that’s easier to understand and actually relatable. It became less about just sharing information and more about creating real conversations around topics that usually don’t get talked about openly.

As I kept learning more about ingredients and how products can affect the body, Bee Vee Clean came naturally. I wanted to create simple, thoughtful washes and soaps that support the body instead of throwing a bunch of unnecessary ingredients into the mix.

Now both BVTalks and Bee Vee Clean work together. One is about education and honest conversations, and the other is about giving women better options when it comes to products. Everything I’ve built really came from listening to what women are going through and trying to create something that actually helps.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Talking about vaginal health openly is still uncomfortable for a lot of people, so building something around it comes with pushback, awkward reactions, and sometimes being overlooked altogether.

Another challenge has been the amount of misinformation out there. There’s a lot of advice online that sounds convincing but can actually make things worse. I’ve had to spend a lot of time digging through information, testing things for myself, and being very intentional about what I share and what I create.

There’s also the reality that building something from scratch takes time. Not every post performs well, not every idea works the first time, and sometimes you have to go back and figure out what needs to change.

But honestly, those challenges are what shaped everything. They forced me to be clearer about my message, more careful about what I put out, and more focused on creating something that actually helps instead of just adding more noise.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I run BVTalks and Bee Vee Clean, which both focus on women’s health, specifically areas that don’t always get talked about openly like BV, pH balance, and overall vaginal health.

BVTalks started as a platform to break down information in a way that actually makes sense. A lot of women are searching for answers but end up overwhelmed or confused, so I created BVTalks as a website where I share content that’s clear, honest, and based on real questions women are asking. I also created a private Facebook group where women can talk more freely and share their experiences without feeling judged, which has been a big part of building that community.

Bee Vee Clean came from that same foundation. After spending so much time researching ingredients and learning what can help or irritate the body, I wanted to create simple washes and soaps that support the body’s natural balance instead of working against it. The focus is on keeping things straightforward and being mindful about what’s actually going into the products.

What sets everything apart is that it’s all connected. The content, the conversations, and the products all come from the same place, which is listening to what women are dealing with and trying to create something that actually helps.

More than anything, I want people to know they have better options when it comes to both information and products, and that they don’t have to figure everything out on their own.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?
I think the main thing I’d want readers to take away is that a lot of women are dealing with these issues, even if it’s not always talked about openly. There’s nothing uncommon about trying to figure out your body and what works for you.

With BVTalks, my goal has always been to make information easier to understand and easier to access. And with Bee Vee Clean, it’s about creating simple products that support that same idea without overcomplicating things.

I’ve also had a lot of women reach out to me directly over time, and those one-on-one conversations have been a big part of this. Hearing what women are actually going through, their questions, their frustrations, and what they’ve tried, has shaped a lot of what I create.

I’m still growing both, and there’s a lot more I want to build, especially when it comes to expanding the conversations around women’s health. But at the core of everything, it’s really about helping women feel more informed and more confident in the choices they’re making for themselves.
