Inspiring Conversations with Brady Kroll

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brady Kroll.

Brady Kroll

Hi Brady, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
In 2004, I was living in Arizona when I received a phone call from my uncle Ray asking if I’d move back to Minnesota and help him sell some new construction North Loop lofts.

As a born and raised Minnesota boy, I jumped at the chance to move back and start a new adventure. Little did I know what a great fit real estate would be for me, and I’d still be loving it 19 years later!

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The first few years were fast and fun, and then came the big market crash in 2008.

Those next few years were extremely challenging. During that time, I learned how to navigate short sales, foreclosures, and very worried clients in a crashing market that none of us had ever experienced in our lifetime.

I was fortunate enough to weather the storm, and I’m so grateful for all of the experiences that gave me the opportunity to grow.

As you know, we’re big fans of your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
I specialize in residential real estate in the Minneapolis area. I would say I’m most known for my honest and straightforward communication style. I really pride myself on the way I provide the utmost care for my clients and conduct my business in a relational, not transactional manner.

I’m proud of the brand that I’ve built and proud to be associated with Edina Realty, Minnesota’s sales leader for the past 20 years and counting. I want readers to know that I am passionate about what I do, and strive to make every client’s experience memorable and enjoyable.

My favorite part of my job is making the phone call to a client telling them that we made a deal and that they just landed their dream home. The joy in their voices is the best reward.

Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
I love everything that Minneapolis has to offer! We have all the major sports teams, an amazing theater scene, great outdoor activities, beautiful parks, and incredible dining destinations.

The one thing I don’t like is that we’re not a very well kept secret anymore, which has led to longer lines and more traffic.
