Today we’d like to introduce you to Robin Ruocco.
Hi Robin, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
My journey began in the early 2000’s when I took up the study of Jin Shin Do. Amazed and delighted by the power of our human energy system to bring forth healing and alignment, I was inspired to go deeper. I soon went on to receive my Reiki initiations, all the while continuing to offer healings to myself, to friends, family, and a nascent list of clients. I have always felt the call to heal those disharmonious aspects of myself, first and foremost, so I can wholeheartedly offer healing to another.
What emerged next was the dedicated practice of meditation. This opened my inner guidance system to the Divine within, our true north star. After making this commitment to myself, I felt called to expand my healing offerings by becoming a Certified Life Coach. My approach to coaching is a spiritual one, using tools that one will find by coming to know themselves more deeply and cultivating trust in Life. Then, once again hearing the call to grow, I followed that inspiration to study Shamanic Energy Medicine of the Americas. Now I incorporate all of this wisdom in personally curated ways to better serve the needs of my clients and my own evolution.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest challenge along the way has been learning to know and love myself. To embrace myself as valuable. In hindsight I can see that this was why I wanted to become a healer.
Having grown up in a broken and dysfunctional family system, I had so much to overcome. When we do not understand self love and esteem, we are caught in separation from our true self. When we do not know ourselves, we do not know that we matter, that we belong, that we have something to offer and that Life is happening FOR us and not TO us.
My biggest challenge has also been my biggest opportunity to awaken.

I am an Energy Healer, A Shamanic Practitioner and Life Coach. I work one-on-one with both men and women to get past the limitations that are holding them apart from the lives they wish to live. I offer hands-on and remote healing and coaching and am based in St Paul Minnesota.
What sets me apart from others is the diversity of tools, techniques and processes that I can offer. Having studied and incorporated many different modalities, I am able to call upon a variety of approaches specifically curated for the client’s needs.
What I am most proud of is the outcomes I see my clients achieving. After completing a series of sessions with me, clients come away experiencing themselves renewed, recalibrated and finding happiness where previously there had been anxiety depression.
My offerings include individual 30 minute energy healings all the way to 6-month weekly sessions of 1-2 hours; literally something for everyone willing to commit to their healing and transformation.
What’s next?
I am feeling the call to travel and am planning a trip this fall to Europe with my husband. We will be visiting 3 different countries.
