Today we’d like to introduce you to Sylvester Ware.
Hi Sylvester , thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I use to work in the school district, and during the summer I would cut some grass to help pay some bills while not working. Then I finally left the school right during the Covid error.
Went full time with my landscaping company, started offering other services like snow removal and junk removal. To stay busy.
And now we’re almost 10 years into business.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some of struggles along the way. The truck I was driving. Transmission failed, then we bought a used truck and it still needed $4500 worth of repairs.
Customers not taking your business serious because you cut grass.
Also equipment being stolen is definitely one of the biggest challenges we had. Overall the goals is to keep serving people and to be loyal to our community.
